The past week has been a bit hectic. I have had more than enough to keep me very busy. I have gotten a little jewelry and gem fun in during the week also. I have finished today doing identifications of a parcel of faceted stones for a friend. She had purchased about 200 stones, but they came in an anonymous package.

Still working on set of emerald cabochons to make a set of ear rings, ring and necklace. This will be for my daughter on her birthday next month (birth stone = emerald). So I am taking even greater care to make the stones come out well.

Yesterday would have been my brother’s 61st year of life. Brings tears to my eyes that he is no longer with us; also makes me realize how fragile life is. Everyone out there take care to live you life to the fullest.
