For the first time in years, the Rensselaer Engineer Hockey team has won in the playoffs for the league championship.  In overtime, Rensselaer 3, Dartmouth 2.  After a very disappointing season, where we lost two games to Dartmouth, this is an extremely great finish to the game. RPI outshot and outplayed Dartmouth in the Second and Third periods, gaining a tie in the third.  Second game 1900 tomorrow evening.

And the women’s Hockey team has a semifinal game against Harvard tomorrow at 1300 hours.  The winner of that game will play for the ECAC champtionship.  A good start to the playoff season for us.  I know that this has nothing to do with Jewelry and is not even a related topic.  We hockey fans are a bit wierd anyway.
